"My WordPress site is stuck at a GTmetrix grade C and hovers in the low 70s on Google PageSpeed. I need it pushed to a solid, verifiable A with 100/100 scores on both mobile and desktop—and I need those numbers to stay put, not fade after a plugin update or cache flush.

Every performance layer is in play: page-load speed, server response time, image handling, critical CSS, JavaScript delivery, database calls, you name it. While tackling that, several existing plugins and custom scripts must remain fully operational, and no visual or functional element—layout, forms, SEO tools, analytics—can break in the process.

I’m hosting on a standard LAMP stack with full access to cPanel, SSH, and the WordPress backend, so you’ll have room to work with caching systems, object cache, CDN integration, script deferral, image compression, and any other proven techniques (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, Cloudflare APO, custom functions—your call, as long as it’s clean and maintainable).
