"I have a handful of software-focused projects about to kick off and I’d like to tackle them with another professional here in the United States. What matters most to me is clear, friendly communication and rock-solid reliability—if we can talk through ideas openly and hit agreed deadlines, we’ll do well together.

The early phase is intentionally low-pressure: I’ve set aside $150 for the first three months so we can test our workflow, swap feedback, and make sure the chemistry is right. When it is, I plan to scale compensation quickly into the $2 k–$5 k range in line with the scope we take on.

You don’t need an exact résumé match; a general comfort with IT and a focus on software development is enough.
