"I have a small site of roughly eleven pages that currently feel like isolated islands. Your job is to weave them together into a clear, common-sense navigation experience—and do it all within five hours of project start.

What I need:
• A consistent header and footer applied to every page, with links that reach every other page.
• Logical grouping of links so visitors always know where they are and how to get elsewhere.
• Any obvious missing elements—search field, back-to-top button, mobile “hamburger” toggle, etc.—added where they belong, using lightweight HTML, CSS and a touch of JavaScript if required.
• Clean, readable code that I can maintain later (no bulky libraries).

Acceptance check:
1. From any page I can reach every other page in one click via either header or footer.
2. All links work, no 404s, no duplicate navigation items.
3. Layout remains responsive down to 320 px.
4. Delivery happens within five hours of accepting the contract; please allow at least 30 minutes at the end for me to click through and confirm.
