"I run several Windows mainly for Fortnite, Call of Duty, and similar shooters, yet low FPS is still my biggest bottleneck. From experience it feels CPU-bound, so I want an all-in-one optimisation solution I can roll out on every machine—not just a one-off tune-up.

Your task is to create a repeatable, safe way to squeeze the most gaming frames out of each PC. It can be a lightweight executable, automated PowerShell script, or comparable utility; what matters is that it installs fast, boosts performance, and lets me revert changes just as quickly if needed.

Key goals
• Raise average and 1%-low FPS by at least 15 % while keeping the system fully stable and anti-cheat compliant.
• Tune Windows 10/11 for maximum CPU throughput (core parking, scheduling, power plans, background service trimming). Targeted GPU or RAM tweaks are welcome too, provided the CPU remains the focus.
• Produce clear before-and-after benchmarks (built-in overlay logs or third-party tools) so I can see the gains.
• Supply a concise deployment guide and licence that allows installation on all my personal PCs.
