"I need a lightweight PHP site that I can drop onto any standard LAMP host as a single .zip. The public-facing part is very small—three screens in total:

• Login
• OTP verification
• Thank-you confirmation

Once a visitor logs in, they move to the OTP page; a correct code takes them to the thank-you screen.

Alongside that, I want a simple web-based control panel, also in [login to view URL] that i can control user entered details is correct or not if its correct i will click approve and user will move to otp page and if its wrong then user will see wrong input page and he has to try again till my approval from panel. Inside the panel I must be able to edit anddecide whether the details each user entered are “right” or “wrong.” and if the result and live panel can be set on my telergam bot then its best for me
