Important clarifications:

• This is NOT a contractor marketplace.
• Contractors do NOT create profiles and do NOT log in.
• All leads go to ADMIN ONLY, who manually assigns the contractor offline.
• The website must inspire trust from the first second, with a clean, modern design similar in feel to:
HomeAdvisor, Angi, Houzz, Thumbtack (service listing aspect).

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Generate high-quality leads through phone calls and intelligent forms.

I am seeking a senior developer or agency who can deliver:

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Homepage / Landing Page
The homepage must include:
• Strong hero section with main message:
“We connect you with trusted contractors for your home projects.”
• Clear service list with small images/icons:
Bathrooms, Flooring, Kitchen, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Decks, Carpet, Tile, Painting, Plumbing, Handyman, Countertops, etc.
• CTAs:
o Call Now (phone number visible at all times)
o Request Free Estimate
• Clear brief “How It Works” section (3–4 steps).
• Clean, modern, trust-building visuals—no clutter, no cheap design.

2. Lead Generation & Forms (REQUIRED)
The lead system MUST include:

✔ A complete, intelligent contact/estimate form capturing:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email
• Property address
• Type of service(s) (checkboxes / multi-select)
• Description of the project
• Preferred day/time for visit or call
• Best time to reach
• How soon they plan to start

✔ Lead Storage in Database
• Every form submission must be stored in a database
• Admin panel must show:
o Date & time submitted
o All customer details
o Service requested

✔ Email + Text Message Notifications (Required)
Every time a customer submits a form, the system must send:
1. An email to admin with all information clearly structured:
o Date/time of submission
o Full name
o Phone
o Address
o Service requested
o Description
o Scheduling preference
o Notes
2. A text message (SMS) notifying admin that a new lead is received (summary only).

The email must be structured in a clean, copy-and-paste friendly format because I will forward this information to contractors manually.

✔ Scheduling Required
Must integrate:
• Calendly OR a simple custom scheduling choice inside the form
• Scheduling options must also be included in the stored data

✔ Spam Protection
reCAPTCHA or other bot/spam prevention.
