1. Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled website development team to design and build a professional, modern, and fully customized website for our MEP design and contracting company. The website will serve as our primary digital presence and a core marketing tool for Google advertising and SEO.

The selected developer must deliver:

A full brand identity package, including logo creation

2. Scope of Work

A. Website Design & Development

Follow a light-green and green color theme aligned with the new brand identity.

Full brand identity creation, including:

Logo (3–5 initial concepts + revisions)

Branding must reflect professionalism, engineering reliability, and technical expertise.


C. Content Development

Developers will manage all text and imagery.

Create professional technical content for all website sections.

Select or create images/icons relevant to MEP design, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing works, contracting, and engineering visuals.

D. SEO & Google Marketing Optimization
