"I’m ready to bring my architectural work online and need a designer-developer who can turn my vision into a sleek, modern site. The website’s sole purpose is to showcase my portfolio, so imagery must take center stage without clutter.

Please build a responsive, fast-loading site with the following core pages:
• Home – a bold hero image, concise introduction, and quick links to projects
• Portfolio – sortable galleries where visitors can zoom into drawings, renders, and completed builds
• Services – a clear summary of what I offer, plus any awards or credentials
• Contact – a simple form, Google Map embed, and social icons

A modern, clean aesthetic is non-negotiable: plenty of white space, crisp typography, and intuitive navigation. CMS flexibility (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) is welcome as long as I can update projects myself without touching code.
