"I need a modern, sleek site for our school that starts with a rock-solid registration workflow. The first milestone is a secure sign-up that verifies both mobile and email through OTP. After an account is approved, the user completes a detailed application form; your code then generates a clean PDF of that submission, automatically mails it to the applicant and offers a download link in their dashboard.

Edits must be allowed until a cut-off date, with the PDF carrying a field that counts how many times the data has been modified.

Role structure will include Admin, Teachers, Students and Parents. Admins must be able to approve or reject applications and manage any registered profile. End users should fully self-serve—update details, change or reset passwords—without staff assistance.

The public site itself should follow the same crisp design language: think lightweight, responsive, modern UI with School Announcements and Upcoming Events showcased on the homepage.
