Scope
You’ll prospect, qualify, and set appointments while working remotely across a split schedule—half on IST hours, half on EST. Outreach can be cold email, LinkedIn, phone, or any other ethical channel that suits you, but all touchpoints and pipeline updates must live in HubSpot so I can monitor progress in real time.
Tooling
Our stack is HubSpot for CRM, Trello for task tracking, Calendly for automatic scheduling, and Slack for daily check-ins. Calls happen over Zoom or Google Meet. Familiarity with these platforms is non-negotiable; they keep us in sync despite time-zone differences.
Acceptance criteria
• The lead is a decision maker or direct influencer at a North-American startup.
• They explicitly need web or mobile app development (UI/UX, cloud, or AI add-ons are a plus).
• They attend the booked discovery call.
• All contact history and notes are logged in HubSpot before the meeting.
