"I need a desktop application that lets me drop in a list of League of Legends log-ins (username + password), then quietly authenticates each account, negotiates any CAPTCHA, routes traffic through rotating proxies, and finally shows the full results in a sortable, copy-friendly table.

At minimum the table must list:
• Blue Essence
• Skins owned
• Current Rank
• Champions owned
• Last time played
• Honor level
• Email status
• Level
• And similar more details

Any additional data the client library or direct scraping can expose—icons, RP balance, mastery scores, region, ban status—should be captured too, mirroring what the public SLC Checker already displays.

Key workflow requirements
• Input: paste or import a text file with combos, one per line.
• Concurrency: check many accounts in parallel without triggering Riot’s rate limits.
• Proxy pool: load HTTP/SOCKS proxies from a file; automatic rotation after a configurable number of checks or errors.
• CAPTCHA: integrate a third-party solving API so the process stays hands-off.
• Output: live progress panel plus option to export to CSV/Excel.

Acceptance criteria
1. A compiled Windows executable with an intuitive GUI.
2. Source code and build instructions so I can update proxies, API keys, or visual elements later.
3. Successful test run on 100 mixed accounts (valid, invalid, locked) with clear and accurate reporting.

Feel free to pick the most stable tech stack for desktop—C#, .NET, Python + PySide, or Electron—as long as startup time is quick and there are no extra runtime purchases.
