"My current Firebase project is up and running, but the authentication layer still needs to be wired in properly. I want one clean, consolidated solution that lets users sign up or log in with:

• Email & password
• Google OAuth
• Phone number (OTP)

Everything must work inside a modern web stack—plain JavaScript or a common framework is fine as long as setup is straightforward. I expect production-ready code that:

1. Connects to my existing Firebase project and enables the three providers in the console.
2. Exposes reusable helper functions (sign-up, sign-in, sign-out, reset password, verify phone) that I can call from any component.
3. Includes simple HTML/JS demo pages proving each flow works end to end.
4. Persists sessions securely and handles common error states with clear feedback.
5. Comes with a concise README explaining local setup, required Firebase settings, and how to drop the module into another web app.

If Cloud Functions or other lightweight automations (e.g., sending a welcome email after first login) make the experience smoother, feel free to add them, but keep the focus on authentication.

Delivery: a Git repo (or ZIP) containing all source files, the demo pages, and the README. Once I can clone, run, and sign in with all three methods, the job is done." (client-provided description)
