"I have been under utilising Square for Restaurants and need it configured so my front-of-house and back-of-house teams can start taking orders without missing a beat. The project covers the complete software set-up rather than hardware installation.

Key tasks I need you to handle:
• Build out a clean, intuitive menu structure with modifiers, combos, and pricing tiers so staff can ring in orders quickly.
• Activate and fine-tune table management, including floor-plan layout, table numbers, and turn-time tracking.
• Enable ordering at tables with the Square mobile workflow so servers can send tickets directly from an iPad.
• Create separate real-time order screens for the kitchen and the bar, making sure routing rules send food and drinks to the correct station.
• Configure employee profiles, roles, and shift scheduling so I can track hours and restrict permissions properly.
