"I need a CRM built from the ground up to run a toll-free service business. The console has to let me create new client accounts, assign users, link toll-free or DID numbers to each user, watch live calls in real time, and pull detailed, filterable reports. Because I chose a Custom CRM approach, you’ll be designing the whole experience rather than bolting features onto an existing platform.

Core functions I must see working:
• User account management with role permissions
• Live call monitoring panel showing active, queued, and completed calls
• Detailed report generation with export options

I’m flexible on the exact tech stack as long as it’s modern, scalable, and well-documented. Expect to provide:
