Core Requirements
• End-to-end UI/UX for desktop and mobile that embodies a vivid, modern aesthetic—think punchy palettes, daring typography, and immersive micro-interactions.
• Robust e-commerce stack (your choice of Shopify, WooCommerce, headless React/[login to view URL], etc.) configured for secure payments, inventory, and order management.
• AI chatbot integrated site-wide to answer product questions, handle basic support, and escalate tickets when needed. NLP accuracy, conversational tone, and 24/7 uptime are essential.
• Lightning-fast performance, WCAG-compliant accessibility, and SEO-ready markup.
• Easy content and catalog management so my team can add products or campaigns without developer intervention.

Deliverables & Acceptance
1. High-fidelity Figma/Adobe XD designs with annotated user flows.
2. Production-ready, responsive front-end code with all assets optimized.
3. Back-end or SaaS e-commerce configuration fully connected to payment gateway and shipping rules.
4. Trained and deployed chatbot (OpenAI, Dialogflow, or similar) with at least five core intent flows.
5. Handover documentation plus a short walkthrough video.

If future phases call for personalized recommendations or advanced search, I’d like the architecture to allow those upgrades without a complete rebuild, so modularity is a plus.
