"I need a single mobile application—running smoothly on both iOS and Android—that brings together two distinct yet related services.

First, the Clinic & Ultrasound module must let our staff schedule appointments, keep comprehensive patient records, generate and store ultrasound reports, push relevant notifications, and offer real-time online consultations. These three functions—appointment booking, patient record management, and online consultation—are non-negotiable pillars of the build.

Second, the MBBS Abroad Counseling section should work as a guide for prospective students. Inside the app users will browse a curated country list, drill down to individual colleges, compare fees, review each admission process, submit application forms online, and raise enquiries that land instantly in an internal support inbox.

I am happy for you to choose the most efficient tech stack (Flutter, React Native, native Swift/Kotlin—whatever gets the job done), provided performance and UX remain top-tier. Robust security for medical data and easy scaling for growing student traffic are critical.
