"I have already built an Excel-based planner and now need an extra set of expert hands to polish two crucial aspects: consistent appearance across every screen and solid protection against unwanted edits or copying.

Consistent look on Windows PCs and iOS/Android mobiles is a must. Fonts, column widths, conditional formatting, and any embedded objects should render identically whether the file is opened in the desktop app, Excel for Microsoft 365 online, or the mobile versions. I want the experience to feel seamless for every user who opens the planner on any of those platforms.

Protection is the second pillar. I’d like you to:

• Lock down specific cells that contain reference data or static labels.
• Lock entire worksheets that should remain read-only.
• Secure every formula so the logic can’t be viewed, changed, or copied.

No user-specific permissions are necessary; a consistent “view but don’t tamper” setup for everyone is fine. While making these changes, please preserve the planner’s existing functionality, including data-entry areas and any dropdowns or macros it currently uses.
