Here’s what I have in mind
• Platform focus is strictly WhatsApp (regular or Business API—whichever you recommend for smooth deployment).
• The bot only covers “Jawab pertanyaan umum.” Think store hours, product details, shipping times, basic troubleshooting, and similar everyday queries.
• Responses must read naturally, not like canned machine text. Tone should match a friendly customer-service agent.
What you will deliver
• A fully configured reply system—whether script, no-code solution, or API-based integration—that listens for new messages and sends the appropriate Indonesian answer within seconds.
• An easy method for me to update or add FAQs without needing to code.
• Short hand-off guide or screen-share walkthrough so I can maintain it on my own after go-live.
Acceptance criteria
1. New messages trigger an automatic response in Indonesian under five seconds.
2. At least ten sample FAQ pairs imported and working as proof of concept.
3. I can edit those FAQs through a simple interface or spreadsheet and see the change take effect immediately.
