Purpose:
The Daily Bag of Coin (DBC) is a non-cash, compliance-safe engagement feature that rewards active members with a random daily bonus of virtual chips/coins.
It promotes regular activity and community engagement while maintaining legal separation from gambling mechanics.

System Overview
Category Description
Type Daily automatic reward in virtual chips/coins (no cash value).
Eligibility A member must have an active $7 CAD monthly membership and must have signed in and deposited(560coins in the bag during previous 24 hours.
Reward Logic Once every 24 hours, the system automatically selects one random active MemberID from the eligible pool. That member instantly receives a bonus “bag” containing a random amount of chips (total deposits todate).
Rollover Mechanism If no eligible member exists on a given day (no active players), the unclaimed reward value automatically rolls over and adds to the next day’s total.
Deposit Method Automatic. The system instantly credits the chosen member’s chip balance through the secure Chip Ledger — no manual claiming required. A message is sent to notify the member of the deposit.
Notification In-app system message and optional email notification stating: “Congratulations! You’ve received today’s Daily Bag of Coin worth [X] chips.”
Compliance Must sign in and pay 60 coins(virtual) fee is required. No cash, cash equivalents, or redemption options are allowed. All deposits are virtual-only.

Process Flow: 1. System scheduler (CRON job or cloud function) runs daily at 00:00 UTC.
2. Randomly selects one eligible member from the previous day’s participants.
3. Calculates reward (randomized amount).
4. Credits member’s account automatically through the Chip Ledger.
5. Sends notification message.
Ledger Entry: Transaction recorded as: source: DBC System, type: credit, amount: [bonus_value], timestamp: [date_time_utc].
Admin Oversight: Admin Dashboard logs all DBC activity — date, winner, chips credited, and cumulative rollover.
Security/Integrity: All chip credits use atomic ledger transactions to prevent duplication or manipulation.
