"I need a complete website built around an AI-driven customer support assistant. The goal is for visitors to receive instant, helpful answers anywhere on the site, with the assistant able to:

• Chat live in natural language, resolving common questions on the spot
• Surface relevant FAQ or knowledge-base articles when that’s all the user needs
• Seamlessly open a support ticket and pass context to our team if the issue requires human follow-up

Because the assistant must cover the whole website, every public page should include an easily accessible chat widget. You’re free to choose the modern stack that best fits—React, Vue or vanilla JavaScript on the front end, plus a backend that can connect to an LLM such as OpenAI or Dialogflow and store ticket data. I haven’t set strict branding rules, so feel free to propose a clean, contemporary look; just leave room for me to drop in colors or a logo later.

Deliverables
1. Responsive website (desktop & mobile) with integrated AI assistant widget
2. Knowledge-base module I can populate through a simple CMS interface
3. Ticketing dashboard where my support team can view and update escalated cases
