"I have a ready-to-ship Android app and the signed .aab file is already sitting in my Play Console. What’s blocking me is the “12 testers” requirement: when I try to add people by email they simply don’t show up in the tester list, so I can’t move the release out of testing and hit Publish. I’ve repeated the process several times with different addresses and still no luck, so I’m clearly missing a step or setting.

Here’s what I need from you: either walk me through the exact sequence that will register the required testers (using email invites is fine, but I’m open to Groups or any other proven method) or, if you already have a pool of volunteer testers, temporarily add them so the quota is reached. Once Google accepts the minimum tester count and lets me promote the build, we’re done.
