"The RISE. Ecosystem - Full-Stack Implementation

Project Title: Build the Logic for "RISE.": A Premium Hardware-Gated PWA (React + Supabase)

1. THE BRAND & PHILOSOPHY (Must Read): RISE. is a premium hydration brand. Our core product is a high-performance, industrial-designed water bottle. However, we do not just sell vessels. The bottle acts as a physical key to a digital ecosystem. We are building a platform for Intent, Focus, and Discipline—rejecting the "cheap dopamine" of social media. We are looking for a developer who understands "Product" and "Experience", not just code.

2. CURRENT STATUS (The Base):

Frontend: A High-Fidelity PWA (React + Tailwind) generated via AI (Lovable). The "Matte Black / Industrial" aesthetic is approved.

Codebase: Available on GitHub.

The Gap: The app is currently a UI shell. It needs a Supabase Backend to function.

3. YOUR MISSION: Connect the existing Frontend to Supabase. You are building the engine. Design Freedom: While I like the current AI-generated design, you have permission to refine the UX/UI. If you can make animations smoother or the interface more "premium/tactile", please do. I want a partner with taste.

4. TECHNICAL SCOPE & LOGIC (The "Missing" Dynamics):

A. Access System (The Gateway Logic):

Context: The entry is gated by hardware purchase.

The Flow:

User scans the Generic QR Code laser-engraved on the bottle.

App opens and requests Email.

Authentication: System checks the email against a "Purchasers Whitelist" in Supabase.

Multi-Tier Access (Scalability):

The system must handle permission tags (e.g., focus_tier, move_tier).

If a user buys the FOCUS Bottle, they get access to the FOCUS Dashboard.

If they buy the MOVE Bottle later, the system adds the new tag to the same email, instantly unlocking the MOVE section in their existing account.

B. The Vault (Curated Content Engine):

Filtering: Content is separated by Protocol (FOCUS / MOVE / CALM).

The "Equip" Dynamic (Crucial):

Save (Book Icon): Archives content to a library.

Equip (Lightning Icon): This is unique. Clicking this adds the tool (e.g., "Pomodoro Timer", "Lo-Fi Playlist") to the user's "Active Loadout".

C. The Session (The Utility):

Pre-Flight: Before starting the timer, the user sees their "Active Loadout" (the specific items they "Equipped" from the Vault). They toggle them ON/OFF.

Execution: A distraction-free timer runs.

Logging: Completed sessions are logged to the database.

D. The Tribe (Automated Status):

Leaderboard: Ranks users by "Weekly Consistency" (Streak).

"Ritual Keeper" (Mentor Logic): An automated backend function that assigns a Gold Status/Badge to users with a streak >30 days.

Social Utility: Users can view a Ritual Keeper's profile and click "Copy Loadout" to replicate their habits.

E. Admin Panel:

A simple mobile-friendly view for me to upload new Insights (Title, Link, Tag) and manage user access.

5. STACK REQUIREMENTS:

Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS (Mobile-First PWA).

Backend: Supabase (Auth, Database, Edge Functions).

Deployment: Vercel or Netlify (connected to my custom domain).

6. DELIVERABLES:

Fully functional PWA.

Source Code ownership (GitHub).

A robust, scalable backend structure.
