"I need a small Android app that opens a dynamic website inside a WebView but first plays a one-time splash animation. Here is the exact flow I’m after:

• On the very first launch after installation the app fades from black to white while an audio track plays; the video sample and audio file are already prepared and will be supplied.
• While that transition runs, the WebView should begin loading my dynamic site in the background so the user lands on the page the moment the animation ends.
• From the SECOND launch onward the intro must never appear again unless the user reinstalls the app. Instead, a simple centered ring image (provided) should stay on screen until the WebView finishes loading.

The deliverable is a clean Android Studio projec and a APK ready. Code should be well-commented so I can swap the audio, animation, loader image weblink later if needed.

Acceptance is straightforward: first run shows the full animation with audio, subsequent runs skip straight to the ring loader, and the embedded WebView correctly renders my dynamic site every time." (client-provided description)
