"We are a UK-based company building the Clear Smiles Network, a multi-practice dental ecosystem. We are looking for a skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to manage and optimise marketing campaigns for multiple client accounts. This is a remote, self-employed contractor role targeting candidates in India (or other regions with strong English skills).
The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, including paid social, PPC, landing pages, lead capture, CRM integrations, and email automation. They will also help implement a centralised marketing system that allocates leads to local practices based on geography.
The goal is to grow client acquisition, maintain high-quality lead flows, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. This is a long-term engagement with a monthly retainer and annual performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts for multiple dental practices
Set up and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and landing pages
Implement lead capture, CRM integration, API connections, and email flows
Build and maintain a centralised lead allocation system for multiple practices
Monitor campaign performance, report metrics, and optimise for ROI
Support minor web development adjustments to landing pages (HTML/CSS, WordPress, or similar)
Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and branding
Skills & Expertise Required:
Proven experience in digital marketing / paid campaign management
Strong Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, and landing page optimisation skills
Experience with CRM systems, API integrations, and lead routing
Understanding of email marketing automation and workflow setup
Web development skills preferred (HTML/CSS, WordPress, or Shopify)
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently as a contractor and meet deadlines
Project Scope / Deliverables:
Fully managed digital campaigns for multiple client accounts
Weekly performance reports and optimisation recommendations
Integrated lead capture and routing system
Email and CRM workflow management for leads
Optional: Landing page adjustments as needed
Budget / Payment:
Monthly retainer: £500–£700 (paid in GBP; USD/INR equivalents provided)
Payments fixed in GBP; currency conversions may fluctuate
Annual performance bonus available based on results and expansion
Timeline / Duration:
Start: Immediate or within 2–3 weeks
Ongoing engagement, 20–40 hours per week depending on campaign workload
