"I have the logo in PDF form and only need one tidy adjustment: add the words “Portland, Oregon” directly below the existing text, using the very same font and styling already in the design. Please keep every other element exactly as is. Attached is an example of how the logo should look.

Final deliverable must be an editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file—vector-clean, with text left live so we can still edit it later if needed. A quick proof in PDF would be helpful before hand-off, but the .ai is the core requirement.
