I need a developer who is better than AI to help me put together the basics of a new MS Teams tool. I want the deliverables to be:
1. Working, Compilable .NET code
2. Instructions on configuration to use with Teams

I CANNOT GIVE YOU ACCESS TO A TEST ENVIRONMENT.

I am building a meeting "bot" like I am seeing everywhere now. I want the bot to join meetings and be able to access audio for the meeting speakers. Ideally I also want to know when the "speaker" changes during the meeting. I do NOT want to access the meeting audio AFTER the meeting has completed. I need to access the audio during the meeting. I'm going to be looking for key works during the meeting to trigger events.

The tools does NOT have to access the audio if there is an "on the fly" transcript available, but my reading on the SDKs suggests that this does NOT exist and the audio must be accessed." (client-provided description)
