"I need a full-featured clinic appointment website built and ready to launch in 10 days. The core of the system is an intuitive online booking form—no phone integration for now—so patients can reserve slots quickly on any device. Each booking must be written to a secure patient database that also stores visit notes, prescriptions, allergies, and any other medical data we choose to add later.

Automated reminders are critical. Every confirmed appointment should trigger an email and SMS that clearly states the appointment date, time, and the doctor’s name. The wording and timing of those messages must be editable from the admin panel so my staff can fine-tune follow-up sequences.

On the back end I want a clean, role-based dashboard where receptionists, nurses, and doctors can:

• Review upcoming bookings on a calendar view
• Pull up complete patient records in seconds
• Add or edit notes with audit logging
• Monitor reminder queues and resend when needed

Feel free to use the stack you move fastest with—Laravel, Node, React, Django, or similar—so long as the final build is responsive, secure (HTTPS, hashed passwords, CSRF protection), and easy to deploy on a typical VPS (cPanel or Docker are both fine).
