"You can simply use AI platform to create the output I want.

I have a script (approximately 80 seconds long) of two characters talking saved as a text file and a high-resolution PNG character image (two characters in a podcast room) that I want turned into a short “podcast style” video. Your task is to take that static image, add a lively, cartoonish mouth movement that matches the narration, and deliver a finished video file ready for upload.

Here is what I will hand over the moment you’re on board:
• the PNG character image (transparent background)
• the full script in plain text

I’ll need you to:
1. Produce or source a clean voice-over that follows the script word-for-word (natural tone, no robotic TTS unless it sounds broadcast-quality).
2. Animate the character’s mouth in a cartoon fashion so every spoken syllable lines up convincingly.
3. Compile everything into a 1080p video—simple background, no extra graphics—exported as MP4.

Sync accuracy is the priority; if the lips feel off-beat the whole effect is lost. Please share a brief sample (even 10 seconds) early on so I can confirm the style before you finalise the entire run-time.
