"I need a single, integrated ERP/CRM that finally pulls together every moving part of my AAC block business in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Right now sales calls, dealer orders, dispatch schedules, truck coordination, payment follow-ups, and even damage claims sit in Excel sheets and WhatsApp chats; it is slowing growth and scattering data.

The goal is a browser-based and mobile-friendly system, ideally built on ERPNext or Odoo—though I’m open to a lean custom framework if you can prove it keeps total cost of ownership low. Core focus areas are:

• Field-sales app for quick lead capture and on-the-spot order booking
• Dealer portal with price lists, stock visibility, and credit balances
• Workflow for order confirmation, plant dispatch planning, trip sheet generation, and live truck tracking
• Automated invoicing, payment allocation, credit-note issuance for damaged blocks, and ageing reports
• Configurable MIS dashboards so I can watch volumes, collection status, and route efficiency in real time
