"I need a clean, professional website that presents my company’s key information at a glance. The site will be strictly informational—no storefront or shopping cart—so clarity, fast loading, and an easy-to-update structure are my priorities.

Scope of work
• Build three core pages: Home, Services, and Contact.
• Integrate a newsletter signup so visitors can join our mailing list; a simple embedded form tied to Mailchimp or a comparable service is fine.
• Ensure the layout is fully responsive and looks polished on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Deliver the finished site in a format I can maintain myself—WordPress, Webflow, or a clean HTML/CSS/JS package all work for me as long as the code is well-organized and commented.

Visual style
Think modern and minimal: plenty of white space, brand-matching colors, and clear calls to action. I will supply the logo, copy, and any images you need.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three pages render correctly across the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
2. Newsletter form collects addresses and sends them to the mailing platform without errors.
3. I receive documentation (or a quick Loom walkthrough) explaining how to update text and images.
