To accelerate our reach, I’m ready to share revenue with an entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who can bring in new accounts on a commission-only basis.

Your day-to-day work will revolve around identifying local small-business prospects, nurturing them through networking events and targeted online marketing campaigns, and guiding each lead from first conversation to signed contract. Cold calling isn’t off the table if you find it useful, but the focus is on building genuine relationships in the community and amplifying our brand where owners already gather.

What success looks like:
• Consistent flow of qualified meetings arranged with decision makers in VA & DC
• Clear, compelling proposals crafted and presented in line with each prospect’s needs
• Closed deals documented so we can trigger your revenue-share payouts
• Ongoing liaison with the delivery team to keep clients happy and ready for upsell

You should already have 2–6 years selling IT services, a working knowledge of the regional market, and the confidence to negotiate and win without a fixed salary. The more contracts you land, the larger your share—simple as that.
