I’m looking to build a simple MVP of a short-video platform focused on Indian creators.

What I need built (MVP Scope):

The MVP is intentionally small and focused:

Core Features

Upload short videos (from gallery or camera)

Vertical swipe video feed (like TikTok)

Likes & View count

Basic user profile (picture, username, bio)

Follow / Unfollow

Simple reporting system (flag video)

Backend

Firebase Authentication

Firestore (video metadata + user data)

Firebase Storage (video files)

Basic Cloud Functions (optional)

Admin Needs

Ability to delete flagged content

See list of reported videos (simple UI or backend-only)

UI/UX

Clean, dark-style interface (similar to TikTok but simpler).
