"I need to hire an expert Odoo freelancer to develop a module. The goal of this module is to manage the life-cycle of "analytical models" (AMs) within an organization. AMs have the following life-cycle phases: requirement, development, development validation, implementation, implementation validation, approval for use, regular use, periodical review, periodical validation. Each phase has associated actors in a RASIC fashion (responsible, approve, support, inform, consult), that can be assigned by a master user. Each phase has associated documents that can be uploaded, updated and accessed according to user's privileges. Further design details will be provided to the short-listed freelancers."
