"I’m launching a small travel-and-lifestyle blog and need a clean, fast three-page site built from scratch. The landing page comes first; it must open with a friendly introduction/about-me section that feels personal and welcoming, then guide readers toward the main blog feed. A lightweight notification system is also essential—I want visitors to be able to opt in for updates whenever a new post goes live (browser push or a simple email pop-up is fine, whichever you can wire up most efficiently).

Beyond the landing page, I need a dedicated blog-index page that lists my latest travel stories and lifestyle tips, and a single-post template where each article can live with images, captions, and basic social-share buttons. Design should be responsive so it reads beautifully on phones and tablets, with fonts and colours that evoke a relaxed “on-the-road” feel.

If you prefer WordPress, Gatsby, or a lightweight static stack, I’m open, as long as it’s easy for me to add future posts without touching code. When we wrap up, I’d like the finished site files (or WP login), clear instructions for adding new content, and the notification feature tested in the major browsers." (client-provided description)
