"I have an existing PDF registration form that I fill out while talking with customers. I need it rebuilt as a clean, professional, fully fillable document so every field can be completed in real time during the call, then sent out as an email attachment for the customer to sign digitally.

DocuSign is the signature service I’ve settled on, so the finished file must launch its e-signature workflow seamlessly—even for users who are not especially tech-savvy. The form also has to display and behave perfectly across Desktop, Tablet, and Smartphone screens, with clear tab order and intuitive field prompts.

Because this is time-sensitive, I’m looking for someone who already knows the ins and outs of creating interactive PDFs, understands user-friendly layout, and can turn the project around quickly without sacrificing polish.
