"I’m ready to refresh our small firm’s look and online presence and would like to keep all communication strictly by email or chat—please, no phone calls.

Here’s what I need:

• A camera-ready logo: You’ll take the logo we already use and rebuild it so it scales cleanly for print and digital. Final files should include vector formats (AI, EPS) plus web-friendly PNG and SVG.

• A professional, corporate-style website: Think clean lines, clear typography, and a reassuring colour palette. The site will be a straightforward brochure with our current listings, service overview, and strong calls to action. Responsive design is essential.

• Secure client login links: We rely on external accounting portals, so the main menu must provide prominent, seamless links to those platforms. No need to build the portals themselves—just integrate the links and label them clearly.

Technical notes
– I’m open to WordPress, Webflow, or another mainstream CMS if it speeds up hand-off and future edits.
– Please optimise for fast load times and basic on-page SEO.
– ADA-compliant contrast and easy navigation are important.

Deliverables considered complete when:
1. Logo passes print test at 300 dpi without pixelation.
2. Website is live on our hosting, mobile-friendly, and all portal links function.
3. Admin credentials, design files, and a short handover video or PDF are provided.
