"I need a self-contained mobile and web app that runs on both iOS, Android, and web browsers and functions as a secure vault for personal records. Inside the app, a user can create a new entry, attach text details, images, or full documents, and then view, edit, or delete those entries whenever needed. Everything has to live in a well-structured local database, with metadata stored alongside any file the user uploads so it stays searchable and organized.

Access to the vault must be gated by biometric authentication—Face ID, Touch ID, or the Android equivalents. Once unlocked, the user should move through a clean, minimal interface that makes adding or browsing records feel as familiar as a standard notes app.

Under the hood, I will need basic CRUD endpoints so future services can sync or back up data once we expand; for now, they can remain minimal and self-hosted. The exact schema, encryption approach, and any third-party libraries will be finalized after we sign an NDA, which is required before code or design assets are shared.

At delivery I expect:
