"I am building a dedicated iPadOS application that lets our staff cash checks quickly while keeping every transaction fully compliant and auditable. The core of the job is an end-to-end Swift project that talks to Firebase Firestore and Storage for real-time data sync and secure file handling, all wrapped in a clean, responsive iPad interface.

Here is the flow I need implemented: a teller pulls up a customer profile—photo, account number, last-visit date—and can retake or update that photo on the spot using the device camera. When a check is entered, the app automatically decides whether the standard flow is enough or a KYC step is triggered at the $3,000 mark. For sanctions screening, an in-app WebView should open directly to our OFAC search page so staff never leave the app. From the same profile screen we must be able to block or unblock a customer, note the reason, and even run a bulk block operation.

Search has to be fast and flexible: name, phone, company, or account number. Because we sometimes work in low-connectivity branches, the interface must cache data locally and reconcile with Firestore when the device comes back online. Every touch point—profile edits, block actions, KYC steps—needs to be written to an immutable audit log.

I’m looking for someone who already ships production-grade Swift + Firebase apps, is comfortable with camera/photo APIs, and can point me to a portfolio that proves it. If you’ve handled secure data at rest, even better.

Deliverables I expect:
• An installable iPad build that passes TestFlight review
• Firestore and Storage rules configured and deployed alongside the app
• Complete Xcode project with readable, well-commented source
• A brief setup & handover guide so my internal team can maintain the codebase
