"We are assembling a long-term development team for the international platform World Oil Portal (WOP) and require 2–4 Senior Full-Stack Laravel Developers with demonstrated experience customizing the [login to view URL] multi-vendor engine, as well as a strong Project Manager / System Architect to coordinate technical operations.
The position requires 26 working days per month, preferably in our office for 8 hours/day, though remote work is acceptable for highly skilled specialists.
Your task will be to transform zCart into a large-scale multi-industry ecosystem. Required development includes: expanding the platform with modules for Sales, Rentals, Auctions, Inspections, Logistics, Tenders, Drilling Services, Freelance Marketplace, Jobs, Investments, Business-for-Sale, News, Partnerships, and a global directory of companies.
You will build multi-level dashboards for different user categories, implement a step-by-step posting wizard, configure Stripe/P`ayPal p`ayments, create wallet balance logic, tariff and package systems, and develop an auction engine with deposits and live-bidding.
Additional responsibilities: logistics calculators, shipment requests, inspection reports, certificate verification, multilingual interface (EN/RU/AR), SEO improvements, moderation workflows, Super Admin permissions, and advanced reporting.
The PM/Architect must manage sprints, design architecture, track developer progress, and ensure stability and scalability of the entire platform.
