"I’m building a modern-looking Android app that takes over the entire call experience. The app must answer or hang up when I say a custom hotword, whether I’m speaking into the phone’s mic or through a Bluetooth headset. Everything has to run locally with open-source speech tools only—no cloud services or proprietary SDKs.

What I need you to deliver:
• A full-screen Material-style dialer, incoming-call, and in-call interface that cleanly replaces the stock UI.
• Seamless hotword detection that keeps listening in standby and during calls, mapped to “answer” and “disconnect”. The hotword itself will be custom, and I’d like an easy way to swap it later.
• Integration of open-source speech engines—please evaluate CMU Sphinx, Mozilla DeepSpeech, and Kaldi, then settle on the one that gives the best on-device latency and accuracy.
• Local text-to-speech for confirmations (“Call answered”, “Call ended”) using an open-source TTS library.
• Two-way call recording saved to storage with clear, timestamped filenames.
• Hotword capture that works over Bluetooth SCO audio as well as the built-in mic.
• Proper handling of runtime permissions, foreground service requirements, and battery/Doze limitations.
• Clean, well-commented Kotlin or Java code, Gradle-buildable, along with a brief README explaining setup and any model-training steps.

I’ll test by installing the APK on Android 11+ devices and verifying that the hotword consistently answers and ends calls (both wired and Bluetooth), the UI stays stable, and recordings are complete. Once everything works as described and the source compiles without errors, the project is done.
