"I’m ready to build a complete job portal that works flawlessly in any browser and has companion mobile apps for iOS and Android. The core workflow is simple: employers publish openings, candidates search those listings, submit their resumes, and both sides communicate through the platform.

Key features I need from day one include
• Job posting with rich-text descriptions and optional attachments
• Powerful job search—keywords, categories, location, filters, the works
• One-click résumé submission that stores files securely and links them to user accounts
• Dual sign-in options: classic email/password plus popular social logins (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Clean UI/UX, fast page loads, and rock-solid data security are non-negotiable. I’m flexible on the underlying stack—React, Flutter, Laravel, Node, or similar—as long as it lets me maintain a single codebase where possible and scale easily.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Responsive web application deployed to my hosting or cloud account
