"I need a browser-based tool that lets me broadcast WhatsApp messages to large contact lists from a single, secure dashboard. The essential capability is simple: I upload numbers, compose a message, attach any mix of images, videos or documents, hit send, and the platform handles the rest without risking account bans.

Because I work from multiple devices, the interface must be fully web-based—no desktop installers or mobile builds. A clean login page, intuitive message composer, and a panel that shows at least basic delivery ticks (sent / delivered / failed) will do for version 1. I’m open to your preferred stack—PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI or similar—so long as installation on a typical VPS is straightforward and source code is provided.

Scheduled blasts, contact personalization or deeper analytics might be nice later, but they’re not part of the immediate scope unless you can include them without delaying delivery.

Deliverables
• Complete source code with clear setup instructions
• Live deployment on my server or a short screen-share showing it running
• Quick user guide covering CSV import, multimedia attachment and sending flow

Acceptance criteria
1. I can log in, upload a CSV, excel, txt file of numbers, compose a text plus image, and send.
2. At least 90 % of test recipients show the standard WhatsApp delivered status.
3. No manual tweaking is required after installation; configuration is handled by your guide.
