"Website Build Brief – Century Constructions (WordPress) Budget Maximum AUD 400
1) Project Summary

Build a clean, modern WordPress business website for Century Constructions (South Australia).
Client will provide all page text content. Developer must build the site, format content professionally, add images, and make it mobile-friendly.

2) Website Pages Required (6 Pages Total)

Create the following pages with consistent layout, headings, and calls-to-action:

Home

Service 1: New Residential Home Construction

Service 2: Renovations & Extensions

Service 3: Building Repairs & Maintenance + Plumbing & Electrical

Service 4: Turnkey Solutions

Service 5: Landscaping Services

Contact (optional but recommended — if included, total 7 pages)

If Contact page is not separate, include a strong contact section + form on Home.

3) Design Style Requirements

Professional construction/business look (not “template-like”)

Clean layout with strong spacing, modern typography

Colour palette: neutral (white/grey/black) with 1 accent colour (client to confirm)

Mobile-first responsive design

Consistent buttons and section styles

Add trust elements (licenced/insured badges, service area, quick call button)

4) Theme / Builder Preference

Preferred setup:

WordPress + Astra or Kadence theme

Use Gutenberg blocks OR Elementor (developer to choose one and keep it consistent)

Ensure site is easy for client to edit text later

5) Content & Layout (What Developer Must Do)

Client will provide text for each page. Developer must:

Structure content into clean sections with headings (H1/H2/H3)

Add hero section on each page (banner image + page title + short intro)

Add CTA sections (Call Now / Request Quote) on every service page

Add internal links: Home → Services → each service page + footer links

Add an FAQ section (3–6 FAQs) per service page if possible (client can supply or developer can draft basic ones)

6) Images (Developer Responsibilities)

Developer to:

Source and add high-quality construction-related images (licensed/royalty-free) OR use client supplied images

Add 1 hero banner image per page minimum
