"I need a production-ready WhatsApp bot that lets my customers place home-delivery orders, pay instantly, and follow their package until it reaches the door. The flow is straightforward: a shopper sends a message, the bot shows a menu of items, captures quantity and address, triggers UPI payment, confirms once the money hits my account, then pushes real-time status updates (preparing, out for delivery, delivered).

On my side I want a simple admin panel—web-based is fine—where I can edit the catalogue, change prices, mark orders as dispatched or delivered, and jump into a chat if the customer needs live help. Basic customer-support intents such as “Where is my order?” or “Change my address” should be covered automatically, but the system must let me take over the conversation when necessary.

Key requirements
• Order taking, order tracking, and customer-support flows already mapped out in dialog or JSON so I can tweak copy later.
• Native UPI collection (QR / deep-link) with payment confirmation webhook driving the “Order confirmed” message.
• Hosted on my server or a reliable cloud function, using the official WhatsApp Business API (or a Meta-approved provider) to avoid account bans.
• Source code, brief setup guide, and a quick Loom or screen-share walkthrough at hand-over.
