"I’m putting together a small collection of assessment-driven games in Construct 3 aimed at adult professionals rather than children. Each game should teach and immediately test workplace abilities—leadership & management decision-making, hands-on technical problem solving, and soft-skill communication—so players leave with a clear picture of strengths and gaps.

Here’s what I need:

• 10-15 short, replayable games built in Construct 3, each centred on a real-world scenario that naturally measures one of the targeted skill sets.
• An in-game assessment layer that tracks choices, scores them against clear criteria, and displays results at the end.
• A single dashboard scene that stores scores locally (or via the Construct 3 web storage plugin) so players can review progress across sessions.
• Editable .c3p files plus any custom assets you create, organised and documented so my team can tweak wording or scoring later without touching code.

Keep the art style simple and professional—think clean vectors and minimal text. Sound effects are welcome but optional. I’ll supply the exact scenarios once we start; you handle game flow, logic, and UI polish.
