## Project Overview
Building a personalized loan offer landing page system for direct mail campaigns. Recipients enter their unique PURL code or phone number, see their pre-approved loan amount, and can instantly connect with an AI agent or fill out a traditional form.

## What You'll Build

### 1. PURL Landing Page System
- Main page: Simple input (PURL code OR phone number) + "Enter" button
- Database lookup on submit
- Dynamic results page with personalized data
- Clean, mobile-responsive design
- Fast load times (under 2 seconds)

### 2. Database Structure & Lookup
- Database schema for PURL codes → customer records
- Phone numbers → customer records
- Customer data (name, address, loan amount, credit tier)
- Fast lookup API (sub-second response)
- Handle both PURL code and phone number searches

### 3. Retell AI Integration (CRITICAL)
**MUST HAVE Retell AI experience**

**Required Features:**
- Instant call trigger from "Connect Now" button
- Pass customer context (name, phone, loan amount, credit tier)
- Voicemail detection (live vs voicemail)
- Database access during calls
- Custom function calling (/verify-identity, /check-loan-eligibility, /log-call-outcome)
- Response times under 500ms

### 4. Traditional Form Path
- Standard loan application form
- Pre-populate fields from database
- Form submission → webhook to [login to view URL]

- Webhook endpoints for PURL lookups that fail
- Traditional form submissions
