"I already have a working code-base for a mobile puzzle game, but it still lives in the editor rather than on people’s phones. Your task is to take that existing code and turn it into a polished, publish-ready mobile app.

Here’s what I need done:
• Set up the project so it compiles cleanly for both iOS and Android.
• Wire any placeholder assets or scenes in the repo into a complete, playable flow—from splash screen to level select to victory screen.
• Optimise performance and fix any build-breaking bugs you find along the way.
• Implement standard mobile features such as pause/resume handling, basic settings, and persistent save data.
• Package the final binaries (IPA and APK/AAB) and share test builds through TestFlight or an equivalent beta channel so I can play through before sign-off.

Acceptance criteria: the game installs without warnings, loads in under five seconds on an average device, and every level in the current code can be completed without crashes or soft locks.

The code is in a Git repository; I’ll invite you as soon as we start. Please keep commits granular so I can follow changes. Feel free to recommend additional polish—sound tweaks, subtle animations, or UI refinements—if you see quick wins inside the existing scope.
