"I need two new contact forms built for my WordPress site, both sharing the exact same styling, layout, and field order so the visitor can move from page to page without noticing any difference. I’m flexible on the individual fields—standard Name, Email, Message works for me, but I’m happy to follow your recommendation if another set makes better sense—what matters is that the two forms remain identical.

Each form must accept a file upload and, once successfully submitted, redirect the user to an existing “Thank You” page. Please make sure any validation or error handling matches the styling of the theme so everything feels native.

While you’re in the template, I also need an additional button added to the main header. It must inherit typography, colors, hover effects, and spacing from the current navigation so it looks like it was always there.

I’m fine with Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor’s native form widget, or another lightweight, well-supported solution—use whichever lets you build quickly while keeping the code lean.

Deliverables:
• Two front-end contact forms with identical design, working file-upload field, and post-submit redirect to my “Thank You” page
• One new header button, fully styled and responsive
• Any plugin or custom code clearly documented so I can adjust text or colors later
