"I want guests to glide from craving to collection without queueing, so I’m commissioning a dedicated mobile application that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The build can be React Native, Flutter or another modern framework—performance and polish matter more to me than the stack—as long as it integrates these core flows:

• Dynamic menu browsing that automatically switches between Breakfast/Lunch and our rotating Seasonal Specials. The structure must allow me to toggle additional categories such as Dinner later without code changes.
• Dietary filters for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free items applied across the whole menu, with ingredient-level exclusions and add-ons supported inside each product screen.
• Secure checkout through Stripe, handling Apple Pay, Google Pay and saved card tokens. PCI compliance is non-negotiable and I will provide the Stripe keys.
• Pickup scheduling that respects kitchen capacity: customers can only reserve open fifteen-minute windows pulled from an editable capacity table.
• Real-time order status updates—Placed → In Kitchen → Ready—pushed instantly to the customer via in-app notifications and FCM/APNs push.
• Restaurant-side web dashboard (mobile-friendly) that shows a live order board, lets my staff bump statuses, edit menu items, set capacity numbers and mark specials on/off.

Acceptance criteria
1. iOS TestFlight and Android internal track builds demonstrating every flow above.
2. Codebase in a private Git repo with clear README covering environment setup, env variables and build scripts.
3. Admin dashboard deployed on my subdomain with secure login and role-based access control.
4. End-to-end test walkthrough (video or loom) proving payment, scheduling and push notifications.
5. Handover session plus two weeks of post-launch bug support.
