"I want to launch a WordPress website that presents residential property listings in a clean, modern interface. The heart of the build is an advanced search bar that lets visitors filter homes strictly by price range; the results must update quickly and stay in sync with any new listings I add later.

Here’s how I picture the flow:

• Homepage highlights the newest or featured properties with eye-catching hero images.
• A dedicated “All Listings” page runs the price-range filter at the top and automatically paginates results.
• Each property opens to its own page where you’ll drop an image carousel, key facts (beds, baths, square footage), a short description and a contact form.

I’m already comfortable editing basic content in WordPress, so please build everything with familiar, drag-and-drop tools—Elementor, Gutenberg blocks or a comparable page builder—paired with a well-supported real-estate theme or plugin (such as Houzez, RealHomes, WPL, etc.). IDX integration isn’t required right now, but structuring the site so it can be added later would be a bonus.

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive WordPress site installed on my hosting, SSL ready.
2. Custom price-range filter working on the listings archive page.
3. Five sample properties entered so I can see the workflow.
4. A quick Loom or PDF hand-off guide that shows me how to add new listings and adjust price bands.

Acceptance criteria
• Price slider/filter returns accurate results across desktop and mobile.
• No plugin license warnings on the live site.
• Google PageSpeed score 80+ on mobile.
